Responsibility

Definition - Having a duty to deal with something or someone.

Meet Responsibility. Responsibility teaches us how to take care of ourselves and others. Responsibility teaches us about actions and consequences and the accountability that comes with these. It allows us to step up and take credit when things go well, but also teaches us to own up and speak out even when things do not go as planned.

Responsibility is about learning to manage ourselves, our things, our equipment, our words and our actions so that we can lead conscientious, happy, healthy lives.

The Member of Parliament (MP) might be showing responsibility by taking information to the council or the government. They may be the listening ear in their community and investing in their local area. The Naval Officer may be responsible for charting courses, training new recruits or feeding-back important information.
How do you show people that you are responsible?
